What is the rental fee?
We rent our space by the hour, by the day, or by the 3 day weekend.
4-hour event: includes set up and clean up time, as well as 2-3 hour timeframe for your party: $550
Full day event (24 hour rental period):
Monday-Thursday: $900
Friday, Saturday or Sunday: $2,000
Three-day weekend (Friday, Saturday and Sunday): $3,500

What do I need to do to reserve the space?
A deposit of $150 is due to reserve the space. The remaining balance is due two (2) weeks prior to the event.
